Jennifer Hopson, FNP

Jennifer Hopson, APRN, FNP-C is an AANP-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 from East Texas Baptist University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2014. Jennifer has special interests in preventative care and mental health and is dedicated to establishing and maintaining long-term patient relationships. With a background in both Primary and Urgent Care, Jennifer is equipped to provide comprehensive care for the entire family.

Uzoamaka Phyllis Onyedebelu, DNP

Uzoamaka Phyllis Onyedebelu, DNP is a graduate of Touro University in Henderson, Nevada. She has nine years of medical experience in various settings that include geriatrics, aesthetics, urgent care, and primary care. Her career has allowed her the opportunity to care for patients in all stages of life.
Ms. Onyedebelu is a Dallas native and is pleased to provide quality, virtual care services to the online community. She also loves to contribute to her local community as well. Ms. Onyedebelu participates in multiple charity events and activities throughout the year. In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, and traveling.

Alma Soto, FNP

Alma M. Soto found her passion for the medical profession in high school after completing her medical assistance course. She continued her education at Texas Woman’s University earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Working in the Emergency Department for 8 years, Mrs. Soto realized the dire need for more providers to help underserved communities, so she advanced her career earning her Master’s in Nursing.

Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Mrs. Soto completed her Preceptorship at CVS Minute Clinic and has completed countless hours in Family Medicine and Urgent Care. She currently resides in Dallas, TX with her family and two fur babies Mila and Lucas.

Dr. Christopher Litchfield, MD

Serving on the medical front lines of hospitals in Houston, Dallas, West Texas and the Rio Grande Valley, Dr. Christopher Litchfield has compiled over 10 years of experience in ER medicine, as well as 6 years of experience working as a Hospitalist.

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Litchfield began his medical pursuits at the Universidad Autonoma of Guadalajara followed by internship at New York Medical College and St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan. He completed Family Medicine residency at UT Health Sciences Center Family Medicine program in McAllen. He currently resides in Dallas, TX with his family and lovable Boston terrier, Lola. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing soccer, basketball, and baseball with his son.

Dr. Litchfield believes that data and improved access to telehealth can transform health outcomes. In this time of Public Health Emergency, he strives every day to keep his patients safe, advising and partnering with them along their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
